Dear Secretaries

 

Below is the Handicap Cup draw. All first round matches must be played in the week beginning November 9th. It may also be convenient to play any 2nd round matches that can be accommodated. The first batch of handicaps, which will be issued later, will be used for both the 1st and 2nd rounds.

 

From the Christmas round on there will be new handicaps for all rounds.

 

With the end of season tournament taking place the competition needs to be totally up to date and a lack of forward planning will not be accepted as a valid excuse for a postponement.

 

I have attached a scoresheet and rules but will send out more sheets with the handicaps unless you are happy just to print the sheets off yourself. Please let me know that you have received this e-mail and also whether you are happy just to receive everything by this format.

 

Have a good competition and hopefully the matches will be as close as they were last season.
